I had a great 2-night stay here. The hotel was extremely clean and I felt safe. Im especially thankful for Ivy at the front desk. When I explained I was staying at the hotel under doctors orders for a weekend of sleep, she worked hard to find me a room away from other guests who might be noisy. I slept more in two nights than I had in a month of nights combined.

Residence Inn Augusta provided an amazing customer service experience. The staff was kind and patient, even with a party of guest that were not being kind to them although the error occurred on the part of the guest during booking not Residence Inn.

The pool fireplace and jacuzzi were all out of service. The shower gel was empty and I ended up washing my whoha with some kind of peppermint shampoo that left an non pleasant feeling. The hotel was ok but the fact all the reasons I chose to spend a little extra money on this place I'm disappointed nothing was working and it was Christmas Eve... Just pitful. No decorations. Ill probably stay elsewhere next time.
